Biography
Prof York served on the Board of Editors of the International Phototherapy Association in Japan, and she is a Fellow of Royal Society of Medicine. As a Clinical Assistant Professor to the Cariology and Comprehensive Care Department of the NYU where she have enjoyed a lively and productive clinical teaching rapport with students and supportive relationship with colleagues. As a Professor Honoris for PMS College in India, Kerala Thiruvananthapuram, she put the basis of a Diploma Course in Laser Dentistry. Dr York conducted clinical research trials, converting theoretical speculation into delivered, evidence based treatment for Laser Therapy , Mercury Toxicity and Periodontal bone growth. Dana presented her findings both as an
author in peer-review journals and as a lecturer at conferences throughout the world.
Awarded the prize for Best Research Paper at the Laser Florence Conference in 2002 and 2015 of the International Academy of Laser Medicine and Surgery. Dr York serves now as the President of the European Medical Laser Association Her training in Cellular Technology and as well in Gene Therapy made her duty to study and investigate the COVID-19 crises.

Dror Malka received his BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) in 2008 and 2010, respectively, Israel. He has also completed a BSc degree in Applied Mathematics at HIT in 2008 and received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Bar-Ilan University (BIU) in 2015, Israel. Dr. Tarek Hidouri is originated from Tunisia. Currently, he is serving as an MSCA Experienced Researcher at the Department of Mathematical, Physical and Computer Science, University of Parma, Italy. He graduated in fundamental physics at University of Monastir, Tunisia, with a Master degree in Quantum physics and a thesis in the field of Sciences and Technology focused on physics of materials and photonics. He participated in many conferences and scientific events, and he is serving as a peer reviewer for many journals such as Materials, Vacuum, Optical materials and Applied Physics A. He joined the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) as an experienced researcher (ER) through the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions and then as an ER under the same framework at Parma University. He is serving as a leader of many scientific projects in China, Italy and Saudi Arabia.
The research activities of Dr. Tarek Hidouri are mainly focused on the preparation and optical characterization of new class of semiconductor materials for optoelectronic applications. The global aim of his research is elaborating/structuring new materials at the nanoscale which will open new possible applications such as photodetectors, LEDs and solar cells.

Sapogin Leo Georgy (1936). Full Professor Sapogin now lives in Moscow, Russia. He began in 1954 to study in Taganrog Radio-technical University and graduated
(Dept. of solid state physics) in 1959. He served during his military service from 1959 to 1972 at Ministry of Defence as the scientific adviser. Candidate of science
(1966). He maintained (1971) the doctor degree in Leningrad State University. In 1972 to 1985, he was the Head of Theoretical Department in Russia Academy
of Science. Since 1985 till present he is the Head of Physical Department of Technical University – MADI. He is the author (or coauthor) of numerous (over 200)
published scientific articles, 4 books, school supplies. He obtained (with V.Boichenko), first, very important scientific result: calculating (with accuracy more 0.3%)
of the electrical electron charge and of the fine structure constant -1/137. He published (2005) in USA and Russia (together with Prof. Yu.Ryabov and V.Boichenko)
the book named “Unitary Quantum Theory and New Source of Energy”. Together with Ryabov he calculated mass spectrum of elementary particles and mass
bozon Higgs - 131.7 GeV. Full Professor L.Sapogin - academic of Russian Academy of Natural Science and World Academy of Complex Safety. His biography is

Dr. Alexander Shalin is currently Professor and a Leading Researcher at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and Professor in Beijing Institute of Technology. Dr. Shalin got his PhD in physics (Optics) in 2007 from Ulyanovsk State University, Russia. In 2014 he was awarded the title of Full Doctor of Sciences from ITMO University (Saint Petersburg). In 2015, he became the head of the Laboratory of ‘Nano-Optomechanics and NanoPhotonics’ at ITMO. He possesses significant scientific experience and has more than 200 publications in prestigious journals and several monographs (Hirsh-index 42). He has contributed extensively to the development of all-dielectric nanophotonics, including but not limited to the introduction of higher order toroidal moments and hybrid anapole states, novel mechanisms of superscattering, studies on the optomechanical interactions of dielectric nanoparticles, or the first proposal of the unusual transverse Kerker effect. In 2017, he was recognized as Best Young Scientist in ITMO. In 2022 he included in the top 2% of all scientists.

From April 1998 to December 2001, he was with an Ottawa-based start-up for developing the products of positive integrated optical communications components—Nu-Wave Photonics; from January 2002 to July 2003, he was a Research Associate and a Group Leader at the Faculty of Engineering, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, USA, and from 2003 to end of 2006 he executed his “100-Talent-Plan” Project of the CAS entitled by “research on advanced components for optical communications” at Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP). Since 2008, in the Centre for Research in Photonics at uOttawa, Ottawa, ON, Canada, he has been the Project Director in the silicon photonics projects and the Chief Scientist of a startup company—D&T Photonics (DTP) spun-off from uOttawa. He is currently an invited Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology (CUST), Changchun, China, and is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Ottawa, Ottawa, ON, Canada. Since 2005, in the silicon photonic-integrated switching devices, and the ferroelectric crystal waveguide EO modulators and newly opened EO electric-field sensors, he has published 20 papers in SCI source index and erudite journals, more than ten articles in conference proceedings including recent two invited speeches, he has issued one U.S. patent and three China patents, and also has two invention announcements, he ever revised one chapter for his friend's book. He received the second-level prize of the CAS President Scholarship, the third-level Award of Natural Science Research of the CAS, and the Young Scientist Award of Jilin Province, in 1991, 1993, and 1994, respectively. He is currently a Member of Editorial Board for two journals of the American Association for Science and Technology (AASCIT): (i) Journal of Materials Sciences and Applications and (ii) American Journal of Science and Technology, and the reviewers of several journals in the area of photonics, the program chairs and reviewers of several conferences.
