Biography
He Was Born İn 1979 İn Izmir. He Completed His Primary, Secondary And High School Education İn İzmir. She Graduated From Dokuz Eylul University Faculty Of Nursing İn 2003 With The First And Honor Award. After A Year Of İntensive Care Clinical Experience, She Started Her Academic Career As A "Research Assistant" At Dokuz Eylul University Faculty Of Nursing İn 2004. In 2006, She Completed Her Master's Degree At Dokuz Eylül University Health Sciences Institute With Her Thesis On "Examination Of The Relationship Between Knowledge Level Of Individuals With Diabetes, Self-Care Strength And A1c Level". In 2010, He Completed His Doctoral Education At Dokuz Eylül University Health Sciences Institute With His Thesis On "The Effect Of Web-Based Diabetes Education On Care Outcomes". In 2010, He Continued His Academic Career As An "Instructor Doctor" At Uludag University Health School. In 2013, She Started To Work As An "Assistant Professor" At Izmir Katip Çelebi University, Faculty Of Health Sciences, Department Of Internal Medicine Nursing. He Received The Title Of "Associate Professor" İn 2015.
Between 2017-2020, She Served As The Head Of The Department Of Internal Medicine Nursing. She Has Been Working As The Head Of The Diabetes Nursing Department Since 2017, And Has İmplemented The Diabetes Nursing Master's Program For The First Time İn Turkey. He Received The Title Of "Professor" İn 2020. She İs Still Working As A "Professor" At Izmir Katip Celebi University, Faculty Of Health Sciences, Department Of Internal Medicine Nursing.
Areas Of Expertise; Diabetes, Endocrinology, Oncology, Intensive Care, Geriatrics And Palliative Care. He Has Many Articles, Book Chapters And Papers On His Areas Of Expertise. In Addition To Being A Member Of Many National Associations, She İs A Member Of The European Diabetes Nursing Federation, A Board Member Of The "Association For Education İn Nursing (HEMED)" Between 2016-2019, And The Chairman Of The HEMED Board Of Directors Since 2019.
