If You DO Need a Visa (Schengen Type C):

1. Purpose
You’re applying for a short-stay visa for business/conference purposes.

2. Where to Apply
Apply at the Danish embassy or consulate (or the visa center representing Denmark) in your country of residence.

3. Required Documents
Completed visa application form

Passport (valid at least 3 months after your stay, issued within last 10 years, with 2 blank pages)
Passport-size photo (35x45 mm, white background)
Proof of conference invitation (official invitation letter from the Danish conference organizer)
