General Information
All
international participants attending IMCIO2026 in Paris, France (October
26–28, 2026) must hold a valid passport and, in many cases, a visa. Please
check your country’s requirements well in advance of travel.
Visa Exemptions
- Citizens of over 60
countries (including the US, UK, most EU countries, Japan, South
Korea, Singapore, etc.) can enter France without a visa for
short stays (15–45 days depending on nationality).
- If you are eligible, you only
need a valid passport, a confirmed return ticket, and proof of
accommodation.
Visa on Arrival (VOA)
- Available for nationals
of 19 countries (including China and India).
- Valid for 15 days.
- Requirements:
- Valid passport (at least 6
months)
- Return/onward travel ticket
- Proof of accommodation
- Proof of sufficient funds
(10,000 THB per person or 20,000 THB per family)
- Visa fee (~2,000 THB, subject
to change)
Tourist Visa (Single Entry or Multiple
Entry)
- Suitable for participants
attending the conference.
- Valid for 30–60 days depending
on the embassy/consulate.
- Apply at your nearest France
Embassy/Consulate before travel.

Upon
registration, the organizing committee will provide:
- Official invitation letter for visa application
- Conference participation
confirmation
- Hotel booking confirmation (if
booked through our packages)
