The InSciTech Meet on Quantum Computing & Future
Computing Architectures (IMQCFCA2026) is a premier international conference
dedicated to presenting cutting-edge research, technological breakthroughs, and
innovative applications in quantum computing, advanced computational models,
and next-generation computing architectures. The summit will be held from August
10–12, 2026, in the dynamic city of Lisbon, Portugal.
IMQCFCA2026 will bring together a global community of leading
researchers, computer scientists, physicists, engineers, industry innovators,
policymakers, and technology leaders to exchange knowledge, foster
collaboration, and advance foundational and applied research shaping the future
of computation.
Organized by InSciTech Summits, this three-day event
provides a multidisciplinary platform for the exchange of pioneering ideas,
discussion of real-world and industrial applications, and development of
impactful collaborations between academia, research institutions, and industry.
The scientific program will feature plenary and keynote lectures, technical
sessions, interactive panel discussions, workshops, and extensive networking
opportunities, all designed to inspire innovation and accelerate progress
in quantum technologies and future computing systems.
Market Analysis – IMQCFCA2026
The global market for quantum computing and future computing
architectures is experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing investments
from governments and enterprises, advances in quantum hardware and algorithms,
demand for high-performance and energy-efficient computing, and the exploration
of emerging paradigms such as quantum–classical hybrid systems, neuromorphic
computing, and post-Moore architectures.
Lisbon is the capital and most
populous municipality of Portugal, with an estimated population of 575,739, as
of 2024, within its administrative limits and 3,028,000 within the metropolis,
as of 2025.
Lisbon is mainland Europe's westernmost capital city and the
only one along the Atlantic coast, the others being on islands. The city lies
in the western portion of the Iberian Peninsula, on the northern shore of the
River Tagus. The western portion of its metro area, the Portuguese Riviera,
hosts the westernmost point of Continental Europe, culminating at Cabo da Roca.
Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in the world and the second-oldest
European capital city (after Athens), predating other modern European
capitals by centuries. Settled by pre-Celtic tribes and later founded and
civilized by the Phoenicians
