Participants
planning to attend the InSciTech Meet on STI & Reproductive Health
(IMSTIHEALTH2027), to be held May 17–19, 2027, in Prague, Czech Republic,
are advised to check the visa and entry requirements applicable to their
nationality well in advance of their travel.
The Czech
Republic is part of the Schengen Area, and visa requirements vary
depending on the participant’s nationality, purpose of travel, and length of
stay. Participants who require a visa should apply for the appropriate Schengen
visa through the relevant Czech Embassy, Consulate, or authorized visa
application center in their country of residence.
Conference
participants are encouraged to:
- Check the latest visa and
entry requirements based on their nationality.
- Ensure that their passport
meets the required validity and travel conditions.
- Apply for a visa well in
advance, if required.
- Prepare all necessary
supporting documents, including accommodation details, travel information,
proof of sufficient funds, and conference registration documents, as
applicable.
- Allow sufficient time for visa
processing before making final travel arrangements.
The
Organizing Committee will provide an official Letter of Invitation upon
request to registered participants. The invitation letter is intended to
support the participant’s visa application and does not guarantee visa
approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant Czech authorities.
Participants
are responsible for ensuring that they meet all immigration and entry
requirements and obtain the appropriate visa before traveling.
For the
most up-to-date information, participants are advised to consult the Embassy
or Consulate of the Czech Republic in their country or the official Czech
and Schengen visa information sources before making travel arrangements.
