He earned his Ph.D. from the European University of Cyprus, focusing his thesis on "Public Health and Occupational Safety Study: Inspection of Job Risks Context, Burn Syndrome and Job Satisfaction of Public Health Inspectors in Greece in the Frame of the COVID-19 Pandemic."
Prior to his doctorate, Dr. Adamopoulos obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the National School of Public Health in Greece. He has over two decades of experience as a Public Health and Safety Inspector with the Greek Ministry of Health and the Unified Food Control Agency (EFET), currently serving in the Region of Attica.
In addition to his inspection roles, Dr. Adamopoulos is a registered instructor at the National School of Public Administration and a certified trainer in food hygiene and safety for EFET. He collaborates with international organizations such as the International Commission of Occupational Health (ICOH) and the International Association of MEDICHEM.

Greta Bauer, PhD, MPH, is currently an adjunct professor with the Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health (ISGH). Before this, she served as the director of ISGH from 2022 to 2025, where she held the endowed academic chair in sexual health. Prior to 2022, Dr. Bauer was a professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University in London, Canada, where she held a Sex and Gender Science Chair through the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). As an epidemiologist, Dr. Bauer’s focus on sexual and gender health has been both substantive and methodological, with a focus on the impacts of social marginalization. She is an international leader in both community and clinical research on transgender and non-binary health, and in incorporating intersectionality into quantitative research methods. As an interdisciplinary epidemiologist, she has published in top academic journals across medicine (e.g., Annals of Emergency Medicine), public health (e.g, American Journal of Public Health), psychology (e.g., Psychology of Women Quarterly), social science (e.g., Social Science & Medicine), sexual health (e.g., Journal of Sex Research), and epidemiology (e.g., Epidemiology). Her research and professional expertise have been used in legislative or court processes in Canada with regard to blood donation policy for gay and bisexual men, the addition of gender identity and expression to federal and provincial human rights codes, and legal challenges in multiple provinces regarding restrictive criteria for trans people to change sex designations on identity documents.

Professor Regina Lee has been an active academic and international researcher who led the research projects of school-based health promotion intervention to reduce health risk behaviours among school-age children and adolescents using randomised controlled trial study design and a multidisciplinary team approach in the Asia-Pacific region. As an advanced paediatric nursing practitioner and active researcher, Professor Lee has been striving to improve the physical health and mental wellbeing for children and adolescents, especially for those with developmental disabilities in the communities through servicing, advocacy, research, and health promotion programmes in the special schools.
Professor Lee implemented weight management programme for obese schoolchildren and collaborates with school teachers to implement school-based health projects that provide primary health care services including health education and promotion and disease prevention using a multidisciplinary and inter-sectoral approach in Hong Kong. Her research interest is in the areas of promoting unstructured play in the school playgrounds with mindfulness-based intervention on children’s play in early childhood to establish physical and psycho-social well-being during times of transition; delivering mindfulness-based intervention for children with gaming disorder; implementing mHealth interventions on weight management programme for overweight children and adolescents with disabilities; developing a simplified 5-step hand washing programme for students with intellectual disabilities; advancing role development of school nurses, and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviours and psychosocial well-being among children and adolescents using the National Association of School Nurses’ (NASN) Framework for 21st Century School Nursing Practice™.

Dr. Gomes is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has worked in various settings consisting of residential, outpatient, and inpatient treatment centers, as well as government facilities, including the Department of Veteran Affairs. She treats psychiatric patients across the lifespan with substance use disorders, complex mood, and anxiety disorders, with a specialty in trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dr. Gomes shares a passion for global public health and disaster medicine, which assists her in treating a diverse clientele including first responders, military members/veterans, and healthcare professionals. She places emphasis on patient centered treatment by incorporating a holistic approach alongside psychopharmacology and psychotherapy. Dr. Gomes is fluent in English and Portuguese, and intermediate in Spanish.
Dr. Gomes attended Salem State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in chemistry. While pursuing this degree, she began her medical career as an EMT completing her coursework in 2012. Dr. Gomes proceeded to attend Regis College after graduation to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017, graduating with honors. She received a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2018, graduating with honors. While practicing as a PMHNP in Greater Boston, she continued her education to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions with her capstone focused on developing a mobile health application emphasizing self-care to reduce burnout for transition to practice healthcare providers.
