General Information
All international participants attending IMASA2026
in Munich, Germany must hold a valid passport and, in many
cases, a Schengen Visa. Please check your country’s requirements
well in advance of travel.
Visa Exemptions
Citizens of EU/EEA countries, Switzerland, and many
visa-exempt countries (including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, South
Korea, Singapore, etc.) can enter Germany for short stays (up to 90 days)
without a visa.
If you are eligible, you only need a valid passport
and proof of accommodation/return travel.
Schengen Visa (Short-Stay Visa – Type C)
Most participants from non-EU/EEA countries will
require a Schengen Visa.
