Prof. Dr. Yarub Al-Douri is a Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, he is one of the Middle-East, North of Africa and Southeast Asia’s most renowned scientists known for his contributions in renewable energy and nanotechnology. He is scientist, researcher, administrator and excellent lecturer who has students all over the world. Al-Douri has Doctorat D’etat in Materials Science (2000), MSc in Physics (1995) and BSc in Physics (1991). He has been appointed Full-Professor, Visiting Professor, Adjunct Professor, Consultant Expert, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Research Fellow (A), Scientific Collaborator and Post-doc in UAE, KSA, Iraq, Malaysia, Turkey, Pakistan, Algeria, Yemen, Singapore, Germany and France, respectively. Al-Douri has initiated Nanotechnology Engineering MSc Program and Nano Computing Laboratory, the first in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, in addition to founding Applied Materials Laboratory in Algeria. Al-Douri was Head of Department of Nanomaterials and Department of International Networking and Collaboration, additionally to Secretary of Department of Physics. He has received 78 national and international prizes and awards including winner of ICTP-Arab Fund Associateships, Italy 2024-2026, IAAM Scientist Award by International Association of Advanced Materials, Sweden 2022, winner of World’s Top 2% Scientist Career-Long Citation Impact by Stanford University, USA 2020, World’s Top 2% Scientists by Stanford University, USA 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 & 2020, OeAD Award, Austria 2020, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Award 2019, Asian Universities Alliance (AUA) Award 2019, Iraqi Forum for Intellectuals and Academics Award 2019, Best Researcher Award at Cihan University Sulaimaniya 2021 & 2019, Best Paper at Global Conference on Energy and Sustainable Development, Coventry, UK 2015, Distinguished Researcher Award at University Malaysia Perlis 2011-2015, Gold Award at ITEX Kuala Lumpur 2013, TWAS-UNESCO Associateship 2009-2012 & 2012-2015 and others. Al-Douri is Associate Editor of Nano-Micro Letters (Springer,Q1,IF=31.6), Editor-in-Chief of Experimental and Theoretical NANOTECHNOLOGY (Scopus-indexed Q3) and World Journal of Nano Science and Engineering, Editor and Peer-reviewer of 34 international journals, member of 13 international scientific bodies, organized 37 international conferences, chaired 11 international conferences, appointed 39 internal and external examiner for post-graduates students, presented 42 training courses and public lectures and has been invited 74 times as keynote, invited and guest speakers to many reputed universities in Europe, Asia and Africa that ended up in generating more than 9 MOUs and MOAs. His research field focuses on renewable energy, nanotechnology, nanoelectronics, nanomaterials, modelling and simulation, semiconductors and optical studies. Prof. Koen Bertels is a Professor of Quantum Computer Engineering at Delft University of Technology (Netherlands), specializing in the design and development of scalable quantum computing systems for scientific and industrial applications. He played a key role in initiating Intel’s quantum computing collaboration with QuTech, where he contributed to defining the full-stack architecture of quantum computers, developed the OpenQL programming language, and led the creation of one of the first microarchitectures for quantum chips. In recent years, his research has expanded into DNA data storage, exploring its potential for storing both genetic and digital information. His current work focuses on the concept of Perfect Intermediate Scale Quantum (PISQ), which emphasizes error-free qubits to enable advanced algorithm development, while also integrating quantum computing with classical and DNA-based storage technologies in collaboration with FPGA House and QSentinel, contributing significantly to next-generation computing innovations.

A Fellow of IETE and Senior Member of IEEE (USA), he has over 20 years of experience across academia, research, administration, and industry. He completed his M.Tech in VLSI and Microelectronics and Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, in 2010, and has also served as a Research Fellow at the Advanced Technology Cell (DRDO), Government of India, where he was awarded a National Scholarship by the Ministry of HRD. He has published over 200 research papers (146 indexed in Scopus), holds more than 20 national and international patents, 5 copyrights, and has authored over 30 books with Springer and Elsevier. Dr. Ghosh serves on editorial boards of several international journals, including as Chief Editor, and has delivered numerous keynote and invited lectures worldwide. He is actively involved in organizing IEEE and Springer conferences and mentors startups and students through initiatives such as Startup India, IIT Bombay, BITS Pilani Hyderabad, and MIT ADT University. In recognition of his contributions, he received the “Innovate India” Award from AICTE-DST, Government of India, in 2019 and 2020.

Candidate of science (1966). He maintained (1971) the doctor degree in Leningrad State University. In 1972 to 1985, he was the Head
of Theoretical Department in Russia Academy of Science. Since 1985 till present he is the Head of Physical Department of Technical
University – MADI .He is the author (or coauthor) of numerous (over 200) published scientific articles, 4 books, school supplies. He obtained (with V.Boichenko), first, very important scientific result: calculating (with accuracy more 0.3%) of the electrical electron charge
and of the fine structure constant -1/137. He published (2005) in USA and Russia (together with Prof. Yu.Ryabov and V.Boichenko) the
book named “Unitary Quantum Theory and New Source of Energy”. Together with Ryabov he calculated mass spectrum of elementary
particles and mass bozon Higgs - 131.7 GeV. Professor L.Sapogin - academic of Russian Academy of Natural Science and World Academy of Complex Safety. He was honored with 7 medals and Orders. In addition to his interests in science and classical music, Professor
L.Sapogin has an interest in mountaineering. During 1956-1996, he had more than 200 ascensions in Caucases, Tyan-Schan, Pamir and
Alps. His biography is included in collection books of Who’s Who in the World (2006), of International Biographic Centre, Cambridge
(2009) and of American Biographical Inst. (2009).

Peter G. Gyarmati received his engineering (electrical) and later a mathematical degree in Hungary then a doctorate (1971) at Manchester University in computer science. Worked for IBM and ICL at their research center, then for networking: Aloha net and later on TCP/IP protocol. Also, have patents (1980) for portable computers. Invitation in 1998 went to Stanford University to lead the introduction of STEM-type education, besides networking research. His mentor Edward Teller called his attention to the interdisciplinary of mathematics and physics. After some years (2008-2012) at Cambridge University, GB retired to Hungary. He wrote 19 books and more than 50 research papers. Today he makes research works on the scientific questions of Artificial Intelligence. He has already about ten important publications on the theme.

He completed his M.Sc. at the Warsaw University of Technology in 1979, followed by a Ph.D. in 1988 and a D.Sc. in 1999 from the Agricultural University in Lublin, and was awarded the title of Professor of Agricultural Sciences in 2003.
