Biography
Professor Eduard Babulak is accomplished international scholar, researcher, consultant, educator,
professional engineer and polyglot, with more than thirty years of experience. He served as
Editor, reviewer, Conference Chair, has successfully published. He served as Chair of the IEEE
Vancouver Ethics, Professional and Conference Committee.
He was Invited Plenary & Keynote Speaker in Tokyo (2023), Oxford (2020 & 2023), University of
Cambridge (2005 & 2010), MIT (2005 & 2010), Yokohama National University & University of
Electro Communications in Tokyo (2009 – 2010), Kyushu Institute of Technology (2016), Japan,
Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2013), Sungkyunkwan University in Korea (2012 – 2014), University
of Surrey, Purdue University, Penn State, Graz University of Technology, Austria, Czech Technical
University, and other prestigious academic institutions worldwide.
His academic and engineering work was recognized internationally by the Engineering Council in UK, the European
Federation of Engineers and credited by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers and APEG in British Columbia in
Canada. He was awarded higher postdoctoral degree DOCENT - Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in the Czech Republic, Ph.D., M.Sc.,
and High National Certificate (HNC) diplomas in the United Kingdom, as well as, the Diploma Engineer (MSc and B.Sc. ) in
Electrical Engineering in Slovakia.
He is Fellow of the Royal Society RSA, London, UK; Chartered Fellow. Mentor and Member of the ELITE Group of the British
Computer Society, London, UK; 2013-2014 Invited Panel Member for National Science Foundation, USA; Expert Consultant

Biography
Dr. Ann Cavoukian is recognized as one of the world’s leading privacy experts. Dr. Cavoukian served an unprecedented three terms as the Information & Privacy Commissioner of Ontario, Canada. There she created Privacy by Design, a framework that seeks to proactively embed privacy into the design specifications of information technologies, networked infrastructure and business practices, thereby achieving the strongest protection possible. In 2010, International Privacy Regulators unanimously passed a Resolution recognizing Privacy by Design as an International Standard. Since then, PbD has been translated into 40 languages! In 2018, PbD was included in a sweeping new law in the EU: the General Data Protection Regulation.
Dr. Cavoukian is now the Executive Director of the Global Privacy & Security by Design Centre. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Ted Rogers Leadership Centre at Ryerson University, and a Faculty Fellow of the Center for Law, Science & Innovation at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Asst.Prof. Dr. Emin Taner ELMAS is a Mechanical Engineer having degrees of B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., and was born in Sivas in 1974. He completed his doctorate at Ege University, Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Mechanical Engineering Department, Thermodynamics Science Branch, and his master's degree at Dokuz Eylül University, Mechanical Engineering Department, Energy Science Branch. He also completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, ZEF, Mechanical Engineering Department and graduated from the faculty with honors in 1995 and became a mechanical engineer. He was awarded a non-refundable scholarship by the Turkish Chamber of Mechanical Engineers in his 4th year because he was the most succesful student during his first 3 classes study at the faculty. He graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School in 1991.
Asst. Prof. Dr. ELMAS has completed his military service as a NATO Officer in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was a “Reserved Officer” as a “2nd Lieutenant” as an “English-Turkish Interpreter”. He was also a “Guard Commander” and served in Sarajevo, Camp Butmir within the SFOR task force of NATO. He has been awarded with 2 (two) NATO Medals and Turkish Armed Forces Service Certificate of Pride (Bosnia & Herzegovina).
In addition to his academic duties at universities, he has worked as an engineer and manager in various industrial institutions, organizations and companies; He has served as Construction Site Manager, Project Manager, Management Representative, Quality Manager, Production Manager, Energy Manager, CSO-CTO, CBDO, Factory Manager, Deputy General Manager and General Manager.

Biography
Dr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal is a tenured (Full-time) Professor in the Department of Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, India. His expertise lies in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Aggarwal earned his Ph.D. (Full-time) in Computer Vision from The University of Tokyo, Japan, during the period 2009 to 2014. Prior to his Ph.D., he completed his Master of Technology (Full-time) in Instrument Technology from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India, in the years 2000 to 2002. Dr. Aggarwal completed Bachelor of Engineering (Full-time) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from College of Engineering and Technology Bathinda, India, during 1992 to 1996. He is a member of several professional organizations, including ACM and IEEE. Dr. Aggarwal has been actively engaged in teaching at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology since 1996. Over the years, he has taught various courses, including Random Signals & Stochastic Processes, Nonlinear and Discrete Control, and Research Methodology. Additionally, he has taken on administrative roles as the Branch Counselor of the IEEE Student Branch and the Training and Placement Officer at the institute. With a strong research focus in Computer Vision, Dr. Aggarwal has been involved in numerous sponsored research and development projects. Some of his notable projects include collaborations with Asia-Pacific Network (Japan), Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (India), and Hokkaido University (Japan). Dr. Aggarwal has supervised four Ph.D. students in diverse research areas, including automated apple grading systems, disease diagnostics using thermal images, deep learning-based prediction in genomic data, and evolutionary algorithms. He has been the recipient of SLIET Quality Publication Award and the SLIET Research Project Award. Additionally, he has received scholarships, including the GCOE Scholarship (Japan) and the MEXT Scholarship from the Japanese Government. Dr. Aggarwal has actively contributed to the academic and research community by serving as a reviewer for numerous journals in the fields of computer vision, artificial intelligence, and related domains. He has also provided editorial services to publications such as PLOS ONE and Medical Imaging Process & Technology. Dr. Aggarwal possesses a wide range of technical skills, including programming languages like C++, Java, Python, and MATLAB. He is proficient in using libraries such as OpenCV, Point Cloud Library, and HDF Library. Additionally, he has expertise in using Google Earth Engine and reference management software like EndNote, RefWorks, Zotero, and Mendeley.

Prof. Bencheriet Chemesse Ennehar is a Professor of Computer Science at the University 8
May 1945 – Guelma, Algeria. She received her Ph.D. in Signal Processing from Badji
Mokhtar University – Annaba in 2007.
Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning, Pattern
Recognition, Face Forgery Detection, Intelligent Transportation Systems, and Remote
Sensing Image Analysis.
Recently, Prof. Ennehar has initiated new research on the application of AI in plant disease
detection, focusing on major crops such as wheat, rice, and maize,..etc, contributing to food
security and sustainable agriculture. She has also started research in the field of citizen health,
exploring AI-based solutions for health monitoring and decision support.
Prof. Ennehar has authored over 40 peer-reviewed scientific publications and participated in
more than 6 national and international research projects related to artificial intelligence,
computer vision, and intelligent systems. She participated as a member of program and
organizing comity in more than 30 national and international conferences and contributed as
reviewer in high-impact scientific journals in the fields of AI and data science as IET
Computer Vision, IET Biometrics, IET Image Processing, IET Elctronic Letter, IEEE Access
Journal, The visual Computer journal (Springer).

Dr. Md Imran Alam is a dedicated researcher and academician with expertise in cloud computing, distributed computing, data mining, and information and communication technologies. He has completed his Ph.D. with a strong focus on advanced computing methodologies and their applications in real-world systems.
Dr. Alam currently serves as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic Bhagalpur, where he actively contributes to teaching, mentoring students, and guiding academic projects.
