The InSciTech Meet on Condensed Matter Physics
(IMCMP2026) is a premier international conference dedicated to advancing
knowledge, innovation, and collaboration in the field of condensed matter
physics and materials science. The conference will be held from December 07–09,
2026 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, bringing together leading scientists,
researchers, and industry experts from around the world.
IMCMP2026 aims to provide a global platform for
physicists, materials scientists, academic researchers, engineers, and
technology innovators to share cutting-edge research findings, theoretical
developments, and emerging technologies in condensed matter physics. The
conference encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge exchange, and
discussions addressing the latest challenges and opportunities in modern
materials research and solid-state physics.
Organized by InSciTech Summits, this three-day
scientific gathering will feature a comprehensive program including plenary
lectures, keynote presentations, technical sessions, poster presentations,
panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Participants will
explore recent advances in quantum materials, nanostructured materials,
superconductivity, semiconductor physics, spintronics, and advanced functional
materials.
Market
Analysis – IMCMP2026
The global market related to condensed matter
physics and advanced materials research is expanding rapidly due to increasing
demand for high-performance materials in electronics, energy storage, nanotechnology,
and quantum computing. Innovations in nanomaterials, superconductors,
semiconductors, and quantum materials are driving breakthroughs in
next-generation technologies.
Advances in materials characterization techniques,
computational modeling, and nanofabrication technologies are enabling
researchers to develop smarter, more efficient materials for applications in
electronics, renewable energy systems, and advanced manufacturing. Continued
investment in research and development, along with strong collaboration between
academia and industry, is expected to further accelerate progress in condensed
matter physics and materials science worldwide.
Dubai is the
most populous city in the United Arab Emirates and the capital of the
Emirate of Dubai. It is on a creek on the southeastern coast of the Persian
Gulf. As of 2025, its population stands at 4 million, 92% of whom are
expatriates. The wider urban area includes Sharjah and has a population of 5
million people as of 2023, while the Dubai–Sharjah–Ajman metropolitan area has
a population of 6 million people.
Founded in the early 18th century
as a pearling and fishing settlement, Dubai became a regional trade hub in
the 20th century after declaring itself a free port (1901) and extending
the Creek (1961). Modest oil revenue
helped accelerate Dubai's development from the 1960s to the 1990s, when the
city started to diversify its economy. In 2018, oil production contributed less
than 1% to the emirate's GDP.
