The InSciTech Meet on Condensed Matter Physics
(IMCMP2026)
will be held from December 07–09, 2026, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This global conference aims to bring together researchers, scientists, industry experts, innovators, and policymakers to discuss the latest advancements and future directions in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Intelligent Systems.

1. Visa Requirements

International participants planning to attend IMCMP2026 in Dubai may be required to obtain a visa, depending on their country of origin. Participants are advised to check visa requirements well in advance of travel.

• Citizens of many countries are eligible for visa-free entry or visa-on-arrival in the UAE for short stays.

• Participants who require a visa must apply in advance through the nearest UAE Embassy or Consulate, or via an approved airline, travel agency, or hotel sponsor as per UAE regulations.

We strongly recommend verifying the latest visa policies through official UAE government sources prior to application.

2. Documents Usually Required

• A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry).

• Completed visa application form (if applicable).

• Recent passport-sized photographs.

• Proof of conference registration (invitation letter will be provided upon request).

3. Visa Assistance

Upon request and after registration confirmation, the organizing committee will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.

Please note: The invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval—it serves only as supporting documentation for your visa application. Participants are strongly encouraged to review current UAE visa regulations and submit their applications well in advance to ensure timely processing.
