Biography
Fahad Alasim is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial
Engineering Department at King Saud University (KSU).
He earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from KSU
and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the
University of Central Florida (UCF). His research
interests include data analytics, simulation, virtual
reality, and advanced manufacturing.

Biography
Dr. Fandi Achmad is a Lecturer and Researcher at Telkom University, Indonesia, specializing in
Industrial Engineering, Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, Sustainability,
Performance Management, and Data Analytics. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in
Industrial Engineering from Telkom University and participated in an international collaboration
program in Global Information and Knowledge Management at Hochschule Ruhr West University,
Germany.
His academic and research activities focus on developing sustainable organizational systems,
innovation-driven performance improvement, digital transformation, knowledge management, and
industrial sustainability. He has actively contributed to numerous research projects, community
engagement programs, and academic collaborations involving government institutions, SMEs, and
industry partners across Indonesia.
Dr. Achmad serves as a reviewer for several internationally recognized journals, including
Environmental Technology & Innovation, Journal of Innovation & Knowledge, Journal of
Environmental Management, IEEE Access, Innovation and Green Development, and Sustainable
Futures. His contributions to the scientific community have been recognized through multiple
reviewer appointments and academic achievements. His expertise encompasses knowledge
management, enterprise systems, sustainability, organizational innovation, structural equation
modeling, dynamic simulation, and data analytics. Through his research, teaching, and scholarly
activities, Dr. Achmad continues to contribute to advancing sustainable industrial systems and
innovation-driven organizational development.
