International
participants attending IMPHARMA2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark,
may require a Schengen visa, depending on their nationality.
1. Visa
Requirements
- Denmark is part of the Schengen
Area. Citizens of EU/EEA countries and several other nations do not
require a visa for short stays (up to 90 days within 180 days).
- Participants from countries
that require a visa must apply for a short-stay Schengen visa
(Type C) at the Danish Embassy or Consulate in their country of
residence.
2.
Documents Usually Required
- Valid passport (with at least
6 months’ validity beyond entry date).
- Completed visa application
form.
- Recent passport-sized
photographs.
- Proof of conference
registration (invitation letter will be provided after registration).
- Flight/travel itinerary and
proof of financial means.
- Travel health insurance
covering at least €30,000 for the Schengen Area.
3. Visa
Assistance
- Upon request and after
registration confirmation, the organizing committee will provide an official
invitation letter to support your visa application.
- Please note: The invitation
letter does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the
Danish Embassy or Consulate.
Participants
are strongly encouraged to check their visa requirements and submit
applications well in advance of the conference.
