International participants planning to attend IMENERGY2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, may be required to obtain a visa, depending on their country of origin. Please check your country’s requirements well in advance of travel.

1. Visa Requirements

• Citizens of many countries are allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa for short stays (ranging from 14 to 90 days).
• Participants from countries that require a visa should apply in advance through the nearest Malaysian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.

2. Documents Usually Required

• A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry).
• Completed visa application form.
• Recent passport-sized photographs.
• Proof of conference registration (invitation letter will be provided upon request).
• Travel itinerary and proof of accommodation.

3. Visa Assistance

• Upon request and after registration confirmation, the organizing committee will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.
• Please note: The invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval. It serves only to support your application.
