Visa Information

General Information

International participants planning to attend IMROBOTICS2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from March 8–10, 2026, may be required to obtain a visa depending on their country of origin. We recommend checking your country’s visa requirements well in advance of your travel.

1. Visa Requirements

·       Citizens of many countries may enter Malaysia without a visa for short stays (typically ranging from 14 to 90 days).

·       Participants from countries that require a visa should apply in advance through the nearest Malaysian Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate.

2. Documents Usually Required

When applying for a Malaysian visa, you may be asked to provide:

·       A valid passport (with at least six months of validity from the date of entry).

·       A completed visa application form.

·       Recent passport-sized photographs.

·       Proof of conference registration (an official invitation letter will be provided upon request).

·       Travel itinerary and proof of accommodation.

3. Visa Assistance

Upon request and after registration confirmation, the organizing committee will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.
Please note that the invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval — it serves only as supporting documentation for your application.

We encourage participants to check the latest visa regulations and begin their application process early to ensure timely approval.
