Biography
Prof. Othmane Merah is an Associate Professor at the University of Toulouse, France, and a researcher at the Laboratory of Agro-Industrial Chemistry (LCA), National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse. His research focuses on sustainable agriculture, plant physiology, crop genetics, drought tolerance, agroecology, plant bioactive compounds, and agricultural biotechnology. He has authored more than 190 scientific publications, supervised over 25 doctoral students, and has led numerous international research collaborations. Since 2020, he has been recognized among the Top 2% Scientists in the World for his outstanding contributions to agricultural science.

Prof. Dr. Horațiu Felix Arion is a Professor and Director of the Department of Economic Sciences at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine (USAMV) Cluj-Napoca, Romania. His expertise encompasses agricultural management, rural development, agribusiness, and agricultural policy. He has authored and co-authored over 60 scientific publications and 9 books. He also serves as the General Director of the AgroTransilvania Cluster and President of the Romanian Cluster Network (Agri-Food Sector). Prof. Arion has contributed as an expert to the European Commission and has been actively involved in national and international research projects focused on agricultural innovation, rural development, and smart agriculture.

Prof. Hyunook Kim is a leading environmental engineer and academic based in Seoul. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. Currently, he serves as a full professor at the University of Seoul, where he also directs the Water-Energy Convergence Research Lab.Throughout his career, he has served on numerous national advisory committees for the South Korean Ministry of Environment. He is widely recognized for bridging the gap between traditional environmental engineering and modern digital technologies, contributing to both municipal policy and international environmental research.

Dr. Pedro Dinis Gaspar is an Associate Professor with Habilitation in Electromechanical Engineering at the University of Beira Interior (UBI), Portugal, holding a PhD and Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering. He serves as a coordinator for the M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management and leads the LITecS Laboratory, while acting as an integrated researcher in centers including CMAST and the IT/ALLab.
