General Information

The 2nd Edition of the InSciTech Meet on Agriculture (IMAGRITECH2027) will be held from April 05–07, 2027, in Tokyo, Japan. We warmly welcome delegates from around the world to participate in this international conference dedicated to advancements in agriculture, agriscience, agri-technology, and sustainable farming.

1. Visa Requirements

. International participants traveling to Japan may require a visa depending on their nationality. We recommend checking the latest visa requirements with the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Japan in your country well before making travel arrangements.

. Participants who require a visa are advised to begin the application process as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing.

2. Documents Commonly Required

The following documents are generally required when applying for a Japanese visa:

. A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry)
. Completed visa application form
. Recent passport-sized photographs
. Proof of conference registration (invitation letter will be provided upon request)
. Travel itinerary and proof of accommodation

3. Visa Assistance

Upon request and after registration confirmation, the organizing committee will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.

Please note: The invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval it serves only to support your application. We strongly encourage participants to check the latest visa guidelines well in advance and submit their applications early to ensure timely processing.
