Prof. Ahmed Hegazi is Professor of Microbiology and Immunology at the National Research Centre, Egypt. His research focuses on microbiology, immunology, apitherapy, and the therapeutic applications of bee products. With over four decades of research experience, he has published more than 257 scientific articles, authored 28 books, and holds multiple patents. Prof. Hegazi has received numerous national and international awards for his outstanding contributions to biological sciences. He serves in several prestigious scientific organizations, including APIMONDIA and the International Federation of Apitherapy (IFA), where he is Vice-President. He is also actively involved in organizing international conferences, editorial activities, and promoting global research collaborations in microbiology and apitherapy.
Gene Fry earned his PhD in Resource Economics from Cornell University in 1989 and has over three decades of experience in climate economics, energy policy, and energy efficiency. He has worked with the Maine State Energy Office, the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, and utility companies in Massachusetts and Connecticut, specializing in greenhouse gas valuation and energy efficiency programs.
A recognized climate advocate and international keynote speaker, Dr. Fry has presented on global warming to more than 70 audiences worldwide. His research focuses on climate change, carbon pricing, and sustainable energy policy, and he has actively promoted revenue-neutral carbon tax legislation in the United States.
