Professor Dr. Maxim G. Ponomarev is the CEO, Director, and Founder of Cambridge Research and Consultancy, UK, with extensive experience in plasma physics and advanced physical methods. Biography
Prof. Dr. Raul Duarte Salgueiral Gomes Campilho is a Permanent Associate Professor with Habilitation at ISEP – School of Engineering, Porto, Portugal, where he teaches Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Applied Mechanics. He earned his Degree, Master's, Ph.D., and Habilitation in Mechanical Engineering from ISEP and FEUP, achieving distinction throughout his academic career.
Prof. Campilho has over two decades of teaching and research experience and has supervised numerous Ph.D., M.Sc., and B.Sc. theses. His research focuses on fracture mechanics, composite materials, adhesive bonding, finite element analysis, machine design, and advanced structural engineering techniques.
He is the author of more than 420 peer-reviewed journal articles, 58 books, and 196 book chapters published by leading international publishers. He has delivered over 70 keynote lectures and presented more than 800 conference papers worldwide. In addition, he has served as Editor-in-Chief and guest editor for numerous scientific journals, organized international conferences, and participated in several nationally and internationally funded research projects.
Prof. Campilho is also Sub-Director of the CIDEM – Centre for Research & Development in Mechanical Engineering at ISEP and has been recognized among Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists since 2017 for his outstanding scientific contributions and research impact.

Prof Dr Nico F Declercq is a Belgian physicist and engineering scientist who serves as Full Professor in the George W Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology USA and at Georgia Tech Europe within the Georgia Tech CNRS International Research Laboratory IRL 2958 in Metz France. He also holds courtesy appointments with the Doctoral School of the Université de Lorraine and serves as Physics Professor Honoris Causa at the University of Allahabad India. He received his BSc and MSc degrees in Physics from the Catholic University of Leuven specializing in astrophysics and earned a PhD in Engineering Physics from Ghent University with highest distinction. His research spans ultrasonics acoustics wave propagation nondestructive evaluation acoustic microscopy medical physics and advanced materials characterization. He is internationally recognized for his contributions to ultrasonic wave diffraction and propagation acoustic phenomena and innovative developments in nondestructive testing and structural health monitoring. He is a former President and Chairman of the International Congress on Ultrasonics and has received numerous international awards for his contributions to acoustics and engineering science.

Biography
Jingwei Xie received his B.S. (1999) and M.S. (2002) from Nanjing University of Technology, China, and his Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore (2007). He worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Xia group at Washington University in St. Louis (2007‐2010). He is currently a Professor in the Department of Surgery-Transplant and Holland Regenerative Medicine Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). He has won several prestigious awards including Most Promising New Invention Award at UNMC (2017), Maurer Scientific Achievement Award (2019), CAB Mid-Career Investigator Award (2020), and Distinguished Scientist Award at UNMC (2021). He was selected as AIMBE Fellow in 2024. His research interests include biomaterials, drug delivery, wound healing, hemostasis, and regenerative medicine.

Paulo C. DE MORAIS (H-63), PhD, was full Professor of Physics at the University of Brasilia (UnB) – Brazil up to 2013, Appointed as UnB’s Emeritus Professor (2014), Appointed as Guest Professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology – China (2011), Visiting Professor at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) – China (2012-2015), Appointed as Distinguished Professor at Anhui University (AHU) – China (2016-2019), Appointed as Full Professor at Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) – Brazil (2018), Appointed as CNPq-1A Research Fellowship since 2010. 2007 Master Research Prize from UnB, 2008-member of the European ERA NET Nanoscience Committee, Member of the IEEE-Magnetic Society Technical Committee, Senior Member of the IEEE Society, 2012 China’s 1000 Foreign Expert Recipient, and 2012 Academic Excellence Award from Brazilian Professor’s Union. Dr. Yaohua ZHU graduated from the North-Eastern University of China in 1965. Since then he has been working continuously in research institutes and universities for over fifty years, majoring in materials science and engineering ( phase transformations and advanced processing of alloys and semiconductors ). He received a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in metallurgy and materials science in 1983 and was conferred a higher doctor degree of Doctor of Science in applied science and engineering, in 2006, in The Aston University, UK. Over 114 peer reviewed journal articles and 4 books, constituting
systematical and original researches have been published covering various aspects of physical metallurgy. His recent research focuses on electropulsing induced phase transformations and their effects on electrical, optical and thermal properties of thin films of transparent conductive oxides and thermo-electric semiconductors.

Associate Professor Dr Beya Ouertani holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Sciences a DEA in Quantum Physics a PhD and a Habilitation in Physics from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis University of Tunis El Manar. Her research focuses on advanced functional materials particularly semiconductors nanostructured materials ceramics and materials for energy and photonic applications.
She has conducted research at several leading Tunisian laboratories including LPMS ENIT LSNTA and the Photovoltaic Laboratory LPV at the Research and Technology Center of Energy CRTEn. Her work has contributed to the development of innovative materials for renewable energy and advanced technological applications.
Dr Ouertani taught at the Higher Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technologies of Borj Cedria University of Carthage for nearly 20 years progressing from Assistant to Associate Professor in 2022. Since 2025 she has been teaching at the Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies of El Manar IPEIEM University of Tunis El Manar while pursuing her research at the Laboratory of Mechanical Production and Energy LMPE ENSIT.
She has authored numerous publications in international peer reviewed journals and actively participates in national and international research collaborations contributing to advances in functional materials and sustainable technologies.
