Biography
Prof Omorogieva Ojo is a Professor of Nutrition and Diabetes with extensive expertise in clinical nutrition diabetes management and chronic disease research. He obtained his BSc and MSc in Animal Science from the University of Ibadan Nigeria a PhD in Nutrition from the University of Greenwich UK and a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes from the University of Surrey UK. He is a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition UK and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK. He has published extensively in international journals serves on the editorial boards of several journals and has contributed significantly to international nutrition and diabetes research policy and education through global collaborations and PhD supervision.

His research Interests are Nutrition and diabetes clinical nutrition nutritional interventions chronic disease management enteral nutrition metabolic health healthy ageing healthcare nutrition public health nutrition diabetes prevention and management nutrition therapy and evidence based dietary interventions.

Dr Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics Technical Cybernetics and Electronics Bio Cybernetics Physics Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study Furthermore he completed his Habilitation qualification as a university professor in Medicine and Informatics He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and later Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen After that he served until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg as well as Head of the International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc College He has been actively involved in the digitalization of healthcare and electronic health record strategies in many countries He has published more than 600 papers edited many books and supervised numerous PhD students from around the world He served as the German Representative to many standards development organizations including HL7 ISO CEN OMG IEEE ASTM and SNOMED while also chairing the national mirror groups He continues to contribute to international higher education and has supervised many PhD students worldwide He has played a leading role in several national digital health programs and is a Fellow of several international academies He has also served in important roles with global organizations including the World Health Organization the European Commission and UNESCO.

His research interests include health informatics digital health eHealth electronic health records EHRs healthcare interoperability medical informatics health information standards telemedicine and healthcare digital transformation.

Biography
Dr. Canan Birimoğlu Okuyan is an Associate Professor at Sakarya University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Türkiye. She received her PhD in Nursing from Gazi University and completed her postdoctoral research in Geriatrics and Gerontology at The University of Western Ontario, Canada. Her research focuses on public health nursing, healthy ageing, gerontology, health literacy, migrant health, physical activity, digital health, and nursing education.
Dr. Okuyan has participated in numerous national and international research projects, including EU and COST Actions, and has authored more than 80 peer-reviewed scientific publications in international journals. She has supervised graduate theses, served as an Erasmus Coordinator, and actively contributes to international academic collaborations across Europe and North America. Her work aims to promote healthy ageing, improve population health outcomes, and strengthen evidence-based nursing practice through interdisciplinary and international research collaborations.

Biography
Julee Kim received her diplom degree in Biotechnology at the Westfaelisch Wilhelms University
of Muenster in 2007. She graduated from the Westfaelisch Wilhelms University of Muenster with
a PhD degree in Biology in 2013. During her PhD, she studied at the Max-Planck Institute for
Molecular Biomedicine in Muenster. She completed her post-doctoral training at the University of
California San Francisco and at Columbia University, Irving Cancer Research Center. She worked
as a research assistant professor at the University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical
Center and as a research professor at CHA University. In addition, she was a senior researcher at
the Seoul National University. After postdoctoral training, she worked as a principal researcher at
Cellengene. Currently, she is a senior researcher at RedGene. She has 8 publications in
international journals. She presented papers in more than 10 national and international conferences.
Moreover, she is MedLiber of Regenerative Medicine Editorial Board member.

Dr. Hegazy is Professor and Former Chairman of the Human Anatomy and Embryology Department at the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University, Egypt. He is also a consultant in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility, with extensive academic and clinical experience. Throughout his career, he has held professorial positions at several universities across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Libya. He serves as a member of the Higher Promotion Committee of Staff Members in Egyptian Universities and contributes to various academic and scientific committees.
Dr. Hegazy has authored more than 140 scientific publications and has supervised numerous postgraduate students in their research and thesis work. He is Editor in Chief, editor, reviewer, and editorial board member for a large number of international journals and has played a significant role in advancing medical publishing and research quality. His interests include anatomy, embryology, medical education, clinical research, scientific writing, and professional development. He has received several national and international honors and awards in recognition of his outstanding contributions to medical sciences, research, and academic leadership. He also serves as a Global Goodwill Ambassador and actively participates in initiatives supporting education, research, and healthcare development.
