Biography
Dr Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics Technical Cybernetics and Electronics Bio Cybernetics Physics Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study Furthermore he completed his Habilitation qualification as a university professor in Medicine and Informatics He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and later Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen After that he served until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center at the University of Regensburg as well as Head of the International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc College He has been actively involved in the digitalization of healthcare and electronic health record strategies in many countries He has published more than 600 papers edited many books and supervised numerous PhD students from around the world He served as the German Representative to many standards development organizations including HL7 ISO CEN OMG IEEE ASTM and SNOMED while also chairing the national mirror groups He continues to contribute to international higher education and has supervised many PhD students worldwide He has played a leading role in several national digital health programs and is a Fellow of several international academies He has also served in important roles with global organizations including the World Health Organization the European Commission and UNESCO.

Biography
Julee Kim received her diplom degree in Biotechnology at the Westfaelische Wilhelms University of Muenster in 2007. She graduated from the Westfaelische Wilhelms University of Muenster with a PhD degree in Biology in 2013. During her PhD, she studied at the Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine in Muenster. She completed her post-doctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco, and at Columbia University, Irving Cancer Research Center. She worked as a research assistant professor at the University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical Center, and as a research professor at CHA University. She was a senior researcher at Seoul National University. She was a principal researcher at Cellengene. Currently, she is a senior researcher at Redgene. She has 8 publications in international journals. She presented papers at more than 10 national and international conferences. Additionally, she served as a member of the scientific committee for OneGrasp.

Biography
Ljudmila Stojanovich received her Ph.D. in Medicine, with the thesis “Neuropsychiatric manifestations in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus” in 1999. Dr. Stojanovich’s research focuses on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Vaccination in patients with Autoimmune Rheumatic diseases. She is an author of three monographs and of about 250 articles on various aspects of Autoimmune Rheumatic disorders, published in international and domestic journals and in conference proceedings. Biography
Fahad Al-Sufayan MD, EMBA, CPHQ, DCH
Highly experienced physician specializing in neonatal-perinatal medicine with expertise in the care of critically ill newborns. He is currently working at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, one of the largest private healthcare organizations in the country. He serves as the Head of the Neonatology Department and Director of the Pediatric Residency Training Program. With over two decades of clinical experience, he is passionate about quality of care and patient safety and is one of the national solo medical surveyors for the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
Dr. Al-Sufayan earned his medical degree from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and completed his fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Manitoba, Canada. He obtained a Diploma in Research Methodology from the American University of Beirut in 2012. In 2016, he completed the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), one of the leading universities in the Middle East.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Al-Sufayan is actively involved in administrative leadership as the Head of the Neonatology Department. Over the years, he has contributed extensively to medical education and knowledge dissemination by participating in numerous national and international conferences as both a distinguished speaker and attendee. He has also published articles in high-impact medical journals as an author and co-author.
