Zhenhuan Liu professor of paediatrics / Ph.D. Tutor. He organization Nanhai Affiliated Hospital for Women and Children Guangzhou University Chinese Medicine.
In the past 40 years, Professor Liu Zhenhuan has created the original paediatric neurorehabilitation head acupuncture therapy, which has been applied to paediatric neurological diseases in more than 30 countries around the world, such as cerebral palsy, autism, mental retardation, ADHD and other clinical results have been very significant. He has been engaged in paediatric clinical and child rehabilitation for 40 years. Led the rehabilitation team to treat more than 40,000 cases of children with intellectual disability, cerebral palsy and autism from China and more than 20 countries including France, the US, Japan, U. K, Germany, etc. More than 26800 children’s deformity returned to school and society and became self-sufficient. The rehabilitation effect ranks the international advanced level. He is one of the most famous paediatric neurological and rehabilitation specialists in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in China. He has been influential in paediatric neuroscience, paediatric rehabilitation, and traditional medicine throughout the world. Since 1993, I have given lectures at invitation in 30 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Norway, Germany, Brazil, Turkey, Singapore, Portugal, Indonesia and Malaysia. Most sponsors will pay for my keynote speaker. Professor Liu Zhenhuan was entered into the dictionary of World Celebrities of Cambridge University in the UK. He was awarded the Gold Needle win a Prize for World Traditional Medicine and the Outstanding Contribution win Award for World Traditional Medicine. He is a visiting Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Honorary Director of the California Autism Treatment Center. He has enormously influence in the international paediatric neurology and traditional and complementary alternative medicine community. Scientific research Achievements：He presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation project and participated in 8 major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and provincial projects. He has won 6 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
Chief monograph: He has edited 20 books, including Early Intervention Training for Children's Brain Development, Rehabilitation Training Atlas for Children with Motor Retardation, Practical Acupuncture and moxibustion Science Atlas for Children (Chinese-English control), and Family Rehabilitation Guide for Children with Cerebral palsy. He has published 268 papers in international and Chinese medical journals. His invention of paediatric neurorehabilitation painless head acupuncture therapy has been promoted and applied in 60 countries around the world, and has achieved remarkable results, allowing more than 40,000 cerebral palsy patients and children with intellectual disabilities to return to school to earn their own living. He has made significant contributions to the rehabilitation of children. He is deputy editor of International Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Journal; He is editorial board member of World Journal of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine , Child health care in China, and Chinese acupuncture of Editorial board member.

Dr. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, and thereafter Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center as well as Head of the globally unique International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc College at the University of Regensburg. He was and is still leadingly involved in many countries health digitalization as well as electronic health record strategy. He published more than 600 papers, published/edited many books and supervised a big number of PhD students from all around the world. He was German Representative to many SDOs such as HL7, ISO, CEN, OMG, IEEE, ASTM, SNOMED, etc., also chairing the national mirror groups. Furthermore, he still engaged in international higher education. He is Fellow of several international academies and played specific roles in global organizations such as WHO, European Commission, UNESCO, etc. He is also Visiting Professor at the Charles University in Prague.
