All international participants attending Inscitech
Meet on 3D Bioprinting & Organ Regeneration (IMBIOORG2026) in Zurich,
Switzerland (November 25–27, 2026) must hold a valid passport. Depending on
nationality, a visa or visa-free entry under Schengen rules may be required.
Please check your country’s requirements well in advance.
Visa Requirements (Switzerland – Schengen
Area)
Switzerland follows Schengen short-stay entry rules:
- Citizens
of many countries (including the US, UK, EU countries, Japan, South Korea,
Singapore, etc.) can enter Switzerland visa-free for up to 90 days
within a 180-day period
- Eligible
travelers typically need:
- Valid
passport
- Return/onward
ticket
- Proof
of accommodation
- Proof
of sufficient funds for stay
Schengen Short-Stay Visa (Type C)
Participants who are not visa-exempt must apply for a Schengen
Short-Stay Visa:
- Valid
for stays up to 90 days within 180 days
- Must
be obtained before travel
- Apply
through the Swiss Embassy or Consulate in your country
