Obtained doctoral degree in biology at the University of Latvia. She has extensive experience in research management since 2004. During this period, she is an expert in the fungal diseases of different plants. Lately, she has conducted studies of the biological traits of pathogens. Her recent research focuses on the diversity of plant pathogens, including those affecting wheat and legumes. She is the author or co-author of 43 peer-reviewed publications indexed in SCOPUS, with an h-index of 8. Four doctoral theses have been defended under her supervision.

He is also the Editor of the Current Agriculture Research Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Advanced Zoology, Indian Journal of Agriculture Engineering and Indian Journal of Food Engineering

Daniele De Wrachien is currently Retired Professor of Agricultural Hydraulics at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of the State University of Milan and Member of the Board of Director of the Wessex Institute of Technology ( WIT ) ,Southampton ,UK. He graduated from the State University of Milan as geologist and obtained his PhD in Advanced Engineering Geology. He performed his duties as ,Director of the Institute of Agricultural Hydraulics (2000-2006) ,Director of Computer Centre of the Faculty of Agriculture,(1992-95) ,Tutor of MPhil and PhD students of the Faculty of Agriculture ,External Examiner to MPhil and PhD students,Visiting Professor at the Wessex Institute of Technology ( WIT ).

Christophe El-Nakhel is a Researcher in Horticulture and Floriculture at the Department of Agricultural Sciences (DIA), University of Naples Federico II, Portici (NA), Italy. His research focuses on the application of biostimulants on vegetables and in general he works on pre-harvest factors and their effect on the quality of horticultural products, soilless cultivation, microgreens and as well as the integration of urine derivatives in fertilization. He takes part of the editorial board of both journals Horticulturae and Agriculture MDPI and served as guest editor for several special issues in both journals.
